If you still cannot see the process spoolsv.exe running, the Windows Spooler does not run. Open Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services.To run the Windows Spooler process, do the following: If you do not find the process in the list, manually run it. If you can find it, the Windows Spooler is running.
Make sure the option Show processes from all users is enabled.
